How We Work With Authors
A clear scope comes before a campaign. Your book, audience, publishing stage, and budget guide the recommendations—not a promise of a particular chart position.
01 / Discuss your book
We begin with your publication stage, target readers, current listing, goals, and available budget. A free audit is an educational, AI-assisted assessment, not a verified valuation or a guarantee of sales. A requested call is confirmed separately by the team.
02 / Review a written proposal
Before paid work begins, review the proposed services, named deliverables, schedule, responsibilities, review stages, and reporting. Advertising spend, promotional slots, production costs, and other third-party charges should be identified separately.
Only the services listed in your agreement are included. Media outlets, retailers, reviewers, and readers make their own decisions; coverage, reviews, bestseller rankings, and sales are not guaranteed.
03 / Check the agreement and payment
Your agreement and invoice should identify the contracting business, payment recipient, scope, amount, currency, payment schedule, and applicable cancellation or refund provisions. Ask for any missing details before paying.
Use the payment method specified in your agreed invoice. Do not rely on an unsolicited payment link or an unexpected change to bank or personal account details. Confirm changes through our published business contact.
04 / Approve access and carry out the work
You retain your publishing rights, royalties, and accounts. We do not need your KDP password for an assessment. If account access is needed for agreed execution, discuss its purpose and use platform-supported permission methods where available.
Significant scope changes or additional spend require agreement. Deliverable approvals and reporting arrangements belong in the project scope.
05 / Review the records
Reports should distinguish work performed from outcomes observed, list relevant costs, and explain available data and limitations. Attribution is not always conclusive: a sale or ranking change alone does not prove that a campaign caused it.
Ask questions about weak results as well as positive signals. Further activity should be a considered decision, not an automatic promise of better returns.
