Contact and booking forms collect your name, email, optional phone number, book details, message, and any preferred call date and time. Book audits collect the submitted book information, email address, and generated report. Review submissions collect the name, role, book title, rating, review text, and optional supporting link. Signing in involves account and session information.

We use submissions to respond to enquiries, arrange requested calls, prepare and discuss audits, manage projects and accounts, and moderate reviews. Audit reports and contact requests are saved for the team's follow-up. Approved reviews display their submitted public details on the site.

Do not include passwords, payment-card details, sensitive personal information, or confidential unpublished material you do not want processed in website forms.

The audit and chat tools send the information entered into them to an AI service to generate responses. Website hosting, data storage, authentication, and AI providers process information needed to operate these features. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate; check it before relying on it.

External links, including Amazon and Trustpilot, lead to services with their own privacy practices.

The audit tool stores your last submitted details and report in your browser so you can return after reloading. “Start a new audit” removes that local copy; it does not delete the copy submitted to the team. Avoid using a shared device for information you want to keep private.

Sign-in uses browser session storage to maintain access. Clearing browser storage can remove saved sessions and local reports.

To request access, correction, or deletion of submitted information, contact Support@pulsesphereagency.com with enough detail to identify your submission. We may need to verify the requester's identity. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or active contractual matters; ask us about the records relevant to your request.

No fixed retention period is promised in this notice. Request a project-specific retention arrangement before sharing confidential material.
